so after i run parallel and open windows xp, i'm able to run it in fullscreen mode. but after i quit the fullscreen, the windows is way too big, even when i switch to property page view
anyone has any idea how to resize it so that its small enough to fit within the mac destop?
thanks

As i understand it (no intel mac yet :o ) when going to fullscreen,
the emulated Windows also switches to the native resolution of your screen.
When you minimize parallels however, that seems to just go to windowed mode, without changing the resolution.
Since the Windows Desktop is your screens native resolution, but the parallels window has a border, has controls and you also need space for OSX's Menubar, it won't fit the screen.
So the solution should be to FIRST lower the windows desktop resolution, and then leave fullscreen.
Hope that works for you

if i lower the resolution in windows, it also lowers the resolution in mac which makes the icons, dock, and everything look weird...
i use virutal desktop and smackbook to switch between mac and windows. very cool.
i also find no matter how much RAM i allocate to run parallels Windows XP, it still lags... the refresh rate is too low. how can i fix that?
when i use bootcamp to run windows, it WAYYYYY faster than parallel...
