I just want to let ya'll know (anybody who is wondering).
Prey does infact run fine on a MacBook Pro (2 ghz).
With my card overclocked to 470/470, I was getting framesrates between 30 and 60, which is obviously very playable.
All my settings were turned to highest (except AA and AF) and my res was at 1024x768.
The quality of the game itself is a different story all together.
