Win XP can't see network printer

I'll admit I don't know much about network printing and it's been a long time since I really knew how to make Windows do what I want. I am trying to connect to a printer in my office's network. I can print to it from the Mac OS, but not from Win XP in Parallels.

I don't see it when I browse the network for printers and it doesn't like the IP address when I enter it manually.

Any tips?
