Macintosh drivers under Parallels

Boot Camp gets you to burn a CD of Mac drivers which you run after having installed Windows on your Mac. Can use the same CD to install these drivers into Windows installed under the Parallels software?

This does not sound appropriate. The virual hardware that is emulated by the Parallels software is NOT the actual hardware. The Boot Camp drivers are for the atctual hardware. Parallels provides a driver package with the product called Parallels Tools which is basically the same idea - custom tailored drivers for Windows running under their emulated PC platform.
