Partitions labled wrong???

According to the instructions the list should be like so:

E: Partition1 (EFI) [FAT32] 200 MB ( 196 MB free)
C: Partition2 [Unknown] 78160 MB ( 78159 MB free)
F: Partition3 [Unknown] 77839 MB ( 77839 MB free)


But mine is:

C: Partition1 (EFI) [FAT32] 200 MB ( 196 MB free)
E: Partition2 [Unknown] 78160 MB ( 78159 MB free)
F: Partition3 [Unknown] 77839 MB ( 77839 MB free)

Notice the E: and C: are swaped, and when I choose Partition2 it says it is an unreconigzed format and tells me to I can delete it and reformat the partition. Is it because of the partition drive lables?
