What is normal CPU temperature?

Hello everyone! I'm not sure if i'm posting this in the correct forum, but i was just wondering what the normal CPU temperature for a MacBook is and what is the "danger zone". I was worrying about my macBook getting hot so i found this program called Input Remapper which enables you to control the fan while you are in XP. Now i just wanna know what the normal or "best" temperature is so i can control the fan accordingly.
