Wow this is weird. After installing sound drivers, and having them work for a while, they suddenly stopped working. Now, when I look at the back, the headphones don't go all the way in anymore, and its glowing red inside of it?

ANY idea what this may signify??

Edit: As a note it works fine and doesnt glow in OS X.

The right light is a part of the Digital Optical Audio out port.

Yeah, it's kind of cool, but a little weird. They use one jack for both optical and analog audio out. Also, the jack is a little tight for analog on mine, so I wouldn't be surprised if you just have to muscle it a tiny bit.

But mine was glowing red since the installation. It doesn't do that in OS X.

I don't know how big, or if this is a problem, since my Sound Blaster Audigy 2 does the same thing on my Windows desktop machine.

Strange, but my sound randomly stopped working. I think it may have been aftert I applied an XP update from the Windows Update site...
Anyone else having this issue?

PS: I added to the wiki--suggesting Bonjour (by apple) for Windows so we can all print to our shared (and Airport Express Shared) printers. works like a charm.
