I get an odd error whenever I change my OS. On both OS X and XP I have my iMac connected to the time servers. Once I reboot into a different OS, however, the time changes, and I have to resync with the server. Any advice?

I think OSX stores sets the system time with the timezone offset applied while Windows expects the system time to be in GMT. I just set my timezone to the opposite of what it should be and the time is always correct. I'm not sure what affect that will on on the software I use though. I'm also not sure what affect that would have on syncing with a time server.

I just realized this also pushes the date ahead one day in my case. So you might need to change the date as well. I'm not sure if this affects the system time or not, I suspect it does. So you may need to keep changing the system time anyway. Probably the best solution for this is to sync with a time server everytime each system (XP or OSX) is booted. Then your time zone and date/time are always correct.
