Workgroup Manager Help

:mad::mad: Hi all,
In the workgroup manager of my os 10.3.9, it does not have the Admin, Sharing, Preferences Tabs... All it has is Account tab. Is it because an older version? I have all those tabs in os 10.4 version. Anyone can help? I appriciate it.

Hi all,

In case you don't know, there tabs are not on the taskbar. There are under View menu on the top of screen. It is deferent from 10.4
