Leopard upgrade with 3 partitions?

I setup and installed bootcamp via the extra fat partition method seen here: http://wiki.onmac.net/index.php/Extra_Partion Will this cause any issues if I were to upgrade to Leopard? Note that I do not have an OS on that extra partition.

Theoretically, there should be no issue. Leopard will be looking for a Journaled HFS+ volume for the installation target, and your Windows volumes will probably simply show up as unsupported disks in the installer, and will otherwise remain untouched.

(At least, that's how it's always worked in the past, on multi-volume harddrives...)
