When I boot up with a CD (just a regular CD) it takes a long time to boot. It seems like the boot loader is scanning the CD for a bootable partition. Any suggestions?

Sorry I meant to write DVD in the drive. The DVD just contains a bunch of files, some applications and some personal stuff. Its not a windows DVD or anything special along those lines. The DVD is in ISO format.
