Bootcamp + RAM

Hey guys. I'm curious if Corsair Value Select DDR2 ram will be fine to run Bootcamp, as well as OSX. I heard that Mac's use Samsung / Crucial ram. I have these sticks lying around, does anyone know if Corsair Value ram will work OK with iMac or Macs in general? Thanks in advance.

Hi boucher,

I've heard several bad reports for corsair V.Select sodimms in Mac Mini's - both alone/with existing ram and in matched pairs. Just doesnt seem to like it (repeated crashes in OSX and XP). Its also not on corsairs "confirmed list" for the new mini.

Of course, this is just the mini... the imacs may be different!
