The Intel GMA950 Graphics Chipset integrated into the Intel 945GM Chipset which is used in the Intel based Mac Minis supports Dynamic Video Memory Technology.
The following text is taken from intels product website:

"Dynamic Video Memory Technology (DVMT) 3.0 supports up to 224MB of video memory; system memory is allocated where it is needed dynamically."
As far as I get it, this would mean - you can (theroretically) allocate up to 224 MB of system memory as use for video memory (VRAM) on the graphics chip.
The standard value is 64 MB as it is said in the apple system profiler specs.

I was wondering how you can manually allocate the amout of used vram.
Intel refers to an option in the BIOS menu, but I wasn't able to access any BIOs on my intel Based MacMini since it uses the new Extensible Firmware interface.
Has anyone successfully managed to boot up in EFI.
I'm quite curious about this DVMT stuff - Just imagine a MacMini with 224 MB of VRAM.
