Do you mean after you load into Windows or did the installation crash?
If Windows successfully installed, then you have 4 options:
(1) Plug in an external mouse with a right click capability. Go into "My Computer", right click on the optical drive and selct the eject option.
(2) If you are using a MacBook Pro, you could also install Applemouse (http://www.geocities.com/pronto4u/applemouse.html) or Input Remapper (http://www.olofsson.info/) which would enable right click functions. While running Applemouse, just use ctrl-click. For Input Remapper, you can either use fn-click or the enter key for right click.
(3) It is quite simple also to launch into OS X (holding the option key on startup allows you to choose which OS to boot) and eject the cd there, then go back into Windows.
Whichever of these 3 methods you use, the next CD you put in should be the Apple drivers disk, which will install a keyboard driver enabling the eject key.
(4) There are places to download the Apple drivers from Boot Camp, so you don't really need the CD to get the eject button working.
If your Windows installation wasn't successful, then you'll just have to go back into OS X and eject it (hold the option button on startup to choose which OS to boot).

you have no business running boot camp
sorry
to remove a disk before a driver is installed.. follow the directions you printed out in XP (start button, my computer, CD drive, eject disk)
to switch between systems at boot up.. hold down the option key until the drives appear on the screen.. then use the arrows to pick one and press enter or just click on it
to set up OSX as your primary OS at boot up, click on your blue apple (upper left) system prefernces, start up disk, click on MAc OSX, close window
now whenever you want to start windows hold down the option key to change to boot into that drive...
good luck
