running xp and linux with virtue desktops

If you have both open at the same time on diff desktops do you have to2 instances of parallels running?

I dont know if you would have 2 instances of PARALLELS running, but you definitelly have 3 OSs running at the same time. VirtueDesktops does NOT "Pause" the OSes while not using them. You need a lo of RAM.
