change partition mounting?

Is there a way to either turn off the automounting of the windows partition in osx or change where it mounts too? I don't like this somewhat useless disk on my desktop all the time.

Sorry about the multi-posts, after each post on this forum I get this error

While I'm not quite sure how to do what you're asking yet, I can tell you that it's pretty easy to delete your own multiple postings, just click the delete button that comes up when you click edit (at least if you have the proper forum permissions).
