Hi guys,

I have purchased the Parallels Desktop for OSX and was send out a non-working licence key.

This was 2 weeks ago and since then, I have sent them 4 emails with this issue and have yet to hearing back from them.

I now have an expired trial licence for parallels, and have paid for a software for which I wasn't given access.

On top of that, customer support is non existant.

Has anyone else faced this?

Parallels for Mac OS X is not a released product, its in public beta. You'll be sent license keys for the final release. That being said, you should have recieved beta keys when you downloaded, like I and many other forum members did.

I didn't receive anything other that my purchase receipt and what may be as you say the licence codes for the final version. I did not see those fine prints :-)

That being said, the provided codes don't work on the beta version, so trial licences must be used. Again.

What enerves me the most though, is having no response from the support team for the 4 emais that were sent out to them...
