Sleep then cd-drive makes noise and wakes up!

Hi all,

Has anybody had this happens, I have it set to sleep (standby) when closing lid and it does go to sleep for about 5-10 seconds Apple logo shuts off, then the cd-drive makes a noise (like initializing) and the apple logo lights up and wakes up.

I did all the drivers update with Intel drivers (945GM) but no difference.

Any ideas?
