um, you are missing the point here.
"Virtualisation" is helping a program to DIRECTLY access features of the CPU instead of having a program to trying to emulate a real CPU and make the real CPU do that.
"Virtualising" a PPC CPU is possible to some extend, the problem here is - that Windows has no use for "accessing a PPC CPU" directly.
Q is open source and way slow...the fastest Windows you will get on your PPC Mini is, i am afraid, MS Virtual PC. VPC however will not run well either if you don't get way more ram for your Mini.... Upgrade to 1 GB Ram so OSX and XP can both have 512 for themselves.
But even tho this would be the FASTEST PC emulation you can get on your Mini, it is by no means FAST.
If you want to use Windows programs at usable speeds - sell your PPC Mini and get an Intel Mini, or get a 2nd PC that was designed to run windows.
Sorry to disillusion you, but there is no way ANYONE on this planet can make what you are asking for.

OK, thanks I understand what your saying. I was thinking about selling my Mini and buying a Macbook anyway. Now I guess there is another reason too.
Thanks

heh, yep intel mac is the best you can get for running Windows.
And with Parallels Virtual Desktop you can even run Windows.....in a window ;) at full native speed (maybe 2% speed penalty at best)
