Has anyone successfully gotten Input Remapper to work on Boot Camp/Vista? I installed it on XP with no problems - got the "Wizard" to configure the options, but on Vista I get nothing - no Wizard, and the defaults do not seem to work. The tray icon shows up, but clicking on it just gives me "Presets" and "Settings", iirc.

I tried hacking my way through creating some settings on my own, but nothing panned out.

I've tried both with UAC on and off.

I've tried it in normal operation mode and Windows XP mode.

I've tried it with various permissions on the service itself.

I've setup a Autohotkey script to get around things for now, but Input Remapper seemed like a better solution in general.

I might install Vista and fix Input Remapper for it if I can keep my current partition. Has anyone successfully backed up and restored the whole harddrive? Either in Target Disk mode or through Ghost for linux (G4L).
