ActiveSync Issues in Parallels

Hi All,

Has anyone tried to use ActiveSync in a Windows XP VM on a mac mini? My installation is having some difficulty finding the connected device via the USB port. When I plug in the device, in this case a smartphone, it says it finds the device and then just hangs there. Once I restart it says the device is not working correctly and ActiveSync cannot find a connected device. Any ideas?
