windows system restore doesn't work!?

hi there!
been trying to restore my system (in winxp pro) since i had some problems - but it always replys that it was unsucessful - no matter what restore point i try. has anyone else had the same experience?

Unfortunately, I have to say that it works fine for me with XP Home and NTFS. I have restored my system about 3 times now and all is well.
