I've encounted some problems when booting in windows.
1. No scroll on the mousepad
2. No "delete-funktion"
3. No "right-click" funktion.
4. No "@"
5. No "tap'n'click" at mousepad
Can anyone help me solve these problems? Cause with them Windows is not really of any practical use...

I don't believe that scrolling is supported on the trackpad, however using an external mouse you like a logitec, you should be OK.
