Shut down Error

I ALWAYS get an annoying error when I shut down my MacBook Pro. I never can see it because the machine closes down so quickly. It doesn't seem to actually have any problems. But I would like to make it stop. I do not know if it is Hardware or software based. It seems to have started after I loaded the entire adobe/macromedia suite.

Does anyone know about this?

i dont see an error on my machine and i am running flash an occasionally freehand.

but what stuns me the most is that you say your MBP shuts down so quickly. how long does the shutdown process take on your machine? on my it takes "ages" (i will measure the time later).
