Hello!
I can't start Windows any longer... :(

But i can still read the partition from OS X. So it's not broken. :)

But i get this with fdisk in Ubuntu liveCD:
root@ubuntu:/# ls -l /dev/sda*
brw-rw---- 1 root disk 8, 0 2006-12-03 18:37 /dev/sda
brw-rw---- 1 root disk 8, 1 2006-12-03 18:27 /dev/sda1
brw-rw---- 1 root disk 8, 2 2006-12-03 18:27 /dev/sda2
brw-rw---- 1 root disk 8, 3 2006-12-03 18:37 /dev/sda3
brw-rw---- 1 root disk 8, 4 2006-12-03 18:27 /dev/sda4
root@ubuntu:/# fdisk -l

Disk /dev/sda: 120.0 GB, 120034123776 bytes
255 heads, 63 sectors/track, 14593 cylinders
Units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 = 8225280 bytes

Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System
/dev/sda1 1 14594 117220823+ ee EFI GPT

What's wrong?

Looks like something converted your disk back to pure GPT. The "Partitioning Tool" option in rEFIt (a.k.a. gptsync) should be able to fix this. (That is, convert it back into a hybrid GPT/MBR format that can be understood by Windows.)
