On tweakers.net (dutch compu-site) this message: (the following has been translated by me)
Powerconnector MacBook Pro caught fire
The Dutch owner of a Macbook Pro had a very unpleasant suprise when he came home and saw his safe-connector of his notebook.
Apparently the connector had melted completely and the powersupply had damage as well.
The cause is not known as yet, but the owner has being supplied with a new notebook by Apple
Enclosed is a picture of the Macsafe-connector
