Sometimes my HD spins down and Win freezes...

Sometimes, when I boot into Windows, It loads into the desktop, and I hear the HD inside my iMac spin down, and then XP is lockedm and I have to force a restart.

Anyone else having this problem / anyone know how to fix it?

Same for my MacBook Pro. gave me a fright! :( thought the hd just packed in :rolleyes: :confused:
