I just purchased my first MAC. There are some programs I prefer to use from Windows. I would like to install Windows on my MAC and am willing to do it all the right way. I am just asking for a bit of guidance. What is the process and what are the programs I need to buy. Any help is appreciative.

Welcome to the forum :)

Taking a look at the Wiki (http://wiki.onmac.net/index.php/Main_Page) should do you a lot of good. After reading there a bit please come back with some more specific questions, such as what application you think best fits you (three availible), etc.

Good luck :)

Well, if you need running windows on your Mac(I doubt that you bought it to do that:) ) then you will apparently need BootCamp or Parallels Desktop to run windows apps on your Mac. My vote is for Parallels (http://www.parallels.com/products/desktop/beta_testing/)! It really rocks. You can run windows at almost native speed simultaneously with your Mac OS.
