You can get flyakite OSX (http://osx.portraitofakite.com/), it'll give you two docks (i recommend rk launcher), osx themes, a spotlight clone that uses google desktop search, and lots of other macish tweaks for XP. It has a customizable installer, so you can install as many or few options as you want. Working great on XP on my MacBook - though the full install makes MacDrive not work for some reason.

My install is just yz shadow (window shadows), rk launcher (dock), and the themes, and MacDrive works fine.

Best of all, it's FREE!

there's way more customizing than that. if you want a good tutorial, try http://wiki.ehow.com/Pimp-Your-Windows-XP-Desktop-to-Look-Like-a-Cool-Mac-Desktop
my desktop is this: http://wiki.ehow.com/images/2/21/Desktop25uz.JPG (on my windows pc)
there's a good community for this at http://aqua-gero.com/.
unfortunitly, the forums are currently down :(

There's something that feels somewhat "dirty" about making XP look like a Mac. It's like making a Fiat Punto look like a BMW, but the insides are the same

Dirty to make a pc look like a mac, yes...
Dirty to make a mac running xp look like a mac - not so much.

Besides, it helps keep things consistent - dock is on the left - in both OSes, for instance.
