This may have been reported before. When I shutdown the mac mini, everything goes fine. When I turn it on right after, the machine lights up but it seems to be hang (no video, no nothing). I need to pull the plug out for 1 min and then plug it back and it chimes fine again and reboot. Can someone points me to some hints to solve this minor problem. Other than that kuddos for the efforts. Everything else has been working perfectly for me (video, wireless, ethernet.) Thanks!

You probably installed the latest Intel Drivers. They seem to hang the system for most people. Look at the video thread for mac Mini...
Hit repeatedly F8 during boot, which should get you into Safe Mode.
It's a bit iffy, but I got it to work. The alternative is to redo the total install which is not fun.

Once in Safe Mode you can uninstall the drivers.

Hope this helps
