How can I tell Parallels/XP that I have a UK keyboard on my Mac rather than a USA one? My Mac knows, so how come Parallels doesn't?

Just go to Language and Regional options in Control Panel and see what can be done there. If there's the option, you'll be able to switch.
And is there any difference between British and US-keyboards in Parallels?
