My MacBook Core2Duo has a major problem where CPU usage under windows is always 95-100%, if I kill explorer.exe, it goes down to 75-88% (the lowest it ever got is 70%). When I try to shut down or restart, it freezes and I have to use the power button. On the other hand, OS X has no problems (as usual)
Edit: I was able to fix the CPU usage issue by disabling NHC, but I'm not sure about the shutdown issue (not tested yet)
