hi all

i am currently using MBP Core Duo with the x1600 graphics card. i have just bought the DVI-to-Video adapter from apple.

but the results are not very good:

1. it worked flawlessly in OSX

2. but when i am in windows, i connect the dvi-to-video to the same TV (as the osx) and there will be no image showing or the image is VERY distorted (despite i use other TVs)

3. HOWEVER, if i connect my computer monitor directly into the DVI output on the MBP, the monitor works (in windows)

i have searched up and down for this problem and no body seems to have a resolution for this. anyone here have any idea how to get around it?

have anyone tried if the adapter works with bootcamp in Leopard? I am thinking if i should just go get Leopard (assuming the video problem is resolved when using windows)

thanks all

Have you installed the latest drivers?

I have video problems with bootcamp in leopard as well. I have a standard white macbook (not PRO, so it's got the intel graphics). When I plug in the video adapter, the screen flashes black a lot and everything gets really slow. I'm also unable to activate the second monitor. Can you help me get this working?

Thanks

(I've already installed the drivers that came on the Leopard DVD)

I am attempting to display an s-video signal through a Mac Book Pro via the DVI to video adapter that you can by from apple for 19.00. when testing in leopard all worked fine, but when comming to windows, all I am getting is a black and white picture squished and moving fromside to side and moving up on the screen. (best way to describe it). basically it is sending a signal, but it is all black and white and not clear at all. any help would be greatly appreciated.
