I was browsing through the Parallels site and stumbled across Parallels Desktop Premium - quite a surprise for me.
The fact is, that it is the same Parallels Desktop 3.0 with all typical features + three apps: including Acronis Disk Director Suite (have never used it before and don't know how it works), ATIH (Acronis True Image Home - a great backing-up feature by Acronis - I've used a few times) and Kaspersky (which is famous). They say that you'll save a lot of $$ on each of these additional apps.

My personal attitude towards this move by Parallels is positive. It will be of great use, if you need these apps, of course. Otherwise there's nо need to upgrade - but I'd get ATIH, it is good!
