I wonder, will I be able to install OEM-version of Windows on my Mac in Parallels/Boot Camp? As far as I know, OEM should allow limited number of installs on different machines. What are the activation issues in this case?
I'm asking because I already have a retail copy of XP and found this question on another forum.

yes it will, even without a bootloader. I have a MAcBookPro and did a straight insert-the-disk install . There are some other issue's that need to be addressed immidiatly such as fan control and driver's which i have been handeling.
The fan's on a MAcBookPro will not work unless you install Input_remapper. I dont know why this is though.

I also used "Install Macintosh Drivers for Windows XP.exe" for all but 3 driver's.

I have not figured out the remaining 3 driver's yet though .
