It there a way to change the size of the disk partitions? I want to make XP 4-5 gb and keep all my documents on OSX (macdrive)

You probably should have done this in the beginning...

If you really wanted too you could reformat the partition in OSX then reinstall Windows.

The reality is, there's gonna be updated boot loaders on the way so you'll have to reinstall XP at some point, so might as well wait for that.
