I've got things setup nicely now, I understand I can use SuperDuper with firewire target hd mode on my macbook to backup my osx partition (and restore it bootable), but what about my xp partition?

Is there any way to back up both? What process should I use to end up with a restored bootable osx AND xp?

I'd love to know this....

Oh, and this is unrelated, but DO NOT USE MONOLINGUAL to remove ppc architectures...REALLY screwed up my system! No ppc app would work!

If you have the space, you could use disc utility to create an image of the XP partition. Save it on your OS X partition. Back up using superduper and then reverse the process to restore - you can use disc utility to restore an image to a partition. I haven't tried it, but it should work.

I used disk utility and created a new image of the disk, not the volumes. I don't know if it works yet.
