Safe Sleep Trouble in OS X

Anyone else's MBP fail to safe sleep in OS X after installing the bootloader/XP? My computer just shuts off and starts from a cold boot in low-battery situations where it previously safe slept. Is anyone else having hibernation issues?

I'm having the same problem. Even if I disable the xom.efi bootloader and use the standard bootloader that boots directly into OS X, Safe Sleep doesn't work for me.

I see a question mark for a split second no matter which bootloader I'm using, which is probably due to the partition hack required for dual booting. This probably also explains why Safe Sleep doesn't work.
