Brightness and sound buttons

Is there a way to get the brightness and sound buttons on the keyboard working? I use a MBP 2 Ghz and I feel like when in windows I can't put the brightness all the way down before going to sleep cause I won't be able to increase it later cause I won't be able to see what I am doing. Any way to get those keys working? Sound would be nice too...

My program will take care of the volume issue, and I will be looking into the brightness controls this weekend, as well as creating an installer that takes care of the driver and installation.
