Hi,
I have tried Parallels on my MBP witha second monitor atttached. I moved Parallels window to the second monitor and now, being away from my second monitor, Parallels won't display either the VM window nor the VM concole window on my main screen.
Anybody knows, how to get this right?
Cheers,
Stephan

Did you try rebooting your computer? It should realize that only one monitor is hooked up on reboot.

Hi,
well, I booted a couple of times and Mac OS X clearly recognized that the second monitor was gone. It was neither shown in the System Preferences nor in any other app that supports two-monitor operation.
It was simply that Parallels seems to remeber the "screen coordinates" somewhere and tries to put the window offside.
Cheers,
Stephan

I get this all the time too. Just open Parallels Workstation and launch a new window were you choose the same image like your original VM drive, after that just kill the first session and you are back to the master screen.
In the future, as log as you close the session on the master screen Parallels will launch on that screen.
