MBP and Speaker Audio

Is there a way to get it to disable speakers when you ahve headphones attached, or at the very least, have a toggle for the internal speakers? I tried turning off the SDIF port, but that didn't work.

Not right now. In the Bootcamp FAQ, Apple says that there is currently no jack sensing in their driver. So for now, the internal speakers will remain on even if an external jack is plugged in.

You can, however, install the driver recommended for XOM, which has headphone output only. You can switch back and forth between the drivers to choose which way you want your audio. Annoying, but better than nothing.

Perhaps an idea would be to get the files from apples solution and compare them to the ones from the wiki and mix the two and see if any good results come about as a result.
