Blue screen of death just after start up...

Im getting problems on like 2 out of 3 boots.. Just as windows loads up if crashes.. blue screen of death.. first time experiencing it!!!

anyway any ideas??
Im thinkin maybe the FAT32 format? transferring files from OSx? My Mightymouse??
